PALLZ PTY LTD (“PALLZ”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all users of the PALLZ app and related services (the “Services”).

PALLZ has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). CSAE is strictly prohibited on PALLZ and will not be tolerated in any form.

1. Age Requirement

PALLZ is an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the PALLZ Services.

Users must provide truthful and accurate information about their age and identity. Misrepresenting your age or creating an account for a person under 18 is prohibited.

If PALLZ becomes aware that a person under 18 is using the Services, we may immediately suspend or terminate the account and take any other action we consider appropriate.

2. Prohibited Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

PALLZ strictly prohibits any content, communication, behaviour or activity that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers a child.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Child sexual abuse or exploitation.

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

• Grooming or attempting to groom a child for sexual purposes.

• Sexual solicitation or sexual communication involving a child.

• Attempting to arrange sexual contact with a child.

• Sextortion or blackmail involving a child.

• Trafficking or commercial sexual exploitation of children.

• Requesting, creating, uploading, sharing, distributing or possessing CSAM.

• Sharing sexualised images or content involving minors.

• Encouraging, facilitating, promoting or assisting the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.

• Using PALLZ to establish or maintain contact with a child for the purpose of sexual exploitation or abuse.

This prohibition applies regardless of whether the conduct occurs through profiles, photographs, messages, group chats, events, links, or any other part of the Services.

3. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

PALLZ strictly prohibits the creation, upload, storage, transmission, distribution or sharing of CSAM through the Services.

If PALLZ becomes aware of content that may constitute CSAM or other child sexual exploitation, we may remove or restrict access to the content, suspend or terminate the relevant account, preserve information where appropriate and legally permitted, and report the matter to relevant authorities or organisations where required by applicable law.

PALLZ does not permit users to use the Services to obtain, exchange, request or distribute sexual images or other sexually explicit material involving minors.

4. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Users can report suspected child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, CSAM or other child-safety concerns to PALLZ.

When making a report, users should provide as much relevant information as reasonably possible, including:

• The username, profile or account involved.

• A description of the suspected behaviour or content.

• Relevant messages or other information that may assist our investigation.

• Any available dates, times or other identifying information.

Users should not download, forward, copy or otherwise redistribute suspected CSAM for the purpose of making a report.

PALLZ treats child-safety reports seriously and will review reports and take appropriate action consistent with our policies and applicable laws.

5. Enforcement

PALLZ may investigate suspected violations of this Child Safety Policy and our Terms and Conditions.

Where we identify conduct that violates this Policy, we may take action including:

• Removing or restricting access to prohibited content.

• Suspending or permanently terminating an account.

• Preventing a person from creating another account.

• Restricting access to PALLZ features or Services.

• Preserving relevant information where appropriate and legally permitted.

• Reporting suspected CSAE or CSAM to relevant authorities or organisations where required or appropriate.

PALLZ may take action without prior notice where we reasonably believe immediate action is necessary to protect users or comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

6. Cooperation With Authorities

PALLZ complies with applicable child-safety laws and regulations.

Where required by law, or where otherwise appropriate, PALLZ may report suspected or confirmed child sexual abuse, exploitation or CSAM to relevant law enforcement, child-protection authorities or other competent organisations.

PALLZ may cooperate with lawful requests from relevant authorities and provide information where legally required or permitted.

7. Child Safety Contact

PALLZ has designated hello@meetpallz.com as its child-safety contact point.

This contact may be used by users, authorities, app stores and other relevant parties to raise concerns relating to child sexual abuse, exploitation, CSAM or other child-safety issues involving PALLZ.

8. Relationship With Our Terms and Other Policies

This Child Safety Policy forms part of the policies governing use of PALLZ and should be read together with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Code of Conduct and Safety Advice.

Our Terms already require users to be at least 18 years old and prohibit explicit, pornographic or otherwise inappropriate content and conduct. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access to PALLZ.

If there is any conflict between this Policy and applicable law, the applicable law will prevail.

9. Updates to This Policy

PALLZ may update this Child Safety Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, applicable laws, regulatory requirements or our safety practices.

Any updated version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
